For the first time, Friends of Great Kids Farm is offering a paid 6-week culinary arts internship program for City Schools culinary students. The Food Fellows Internship will give students practical culinary experience designed to develop how they understand food production systems as they relate to culinary food preparation, research and development. Students will interview with five of our chef partners and five students will be placed in local restaurant kitchens. At our kickoff event, students will attend professionalism and resume clinics, tour Great Kids Farm with our board member Chef Len, interview with the chefs, and work together to prepare a delicious and healthy lunch with farm grown produce. The six-week period will end with a presentation by the interns at Friends of Great Kids Farm's Spring Event on April 28th. We wish the students best of luck!

Thanks to Baltimore Country Club for participating as a host internship site! Thanks to Rachel from McCormick for helping out with the food prep in the kitchen.
